no idea about the shafts, but i play attack and love mine

i took out the bottom hockey lace and set the pocket right up under the second hockey lace, it has tremendous hold as well as a crisp release for passes and shots

any head can fit on any shaft you just have to drill a hole

just run the head under hot water for a minute and put it on the shaft and if the holes dont line up drill a new one or tape the ehad on

It is amazing for attackmen, I'm in love with mine. It is very lightweight, has a pretty good scoop, a BEASTLY pinch, and is a great value. I highly recommend it.
