ok... im a defenseman and i recently broke my db803. (boo :bawling: )
so i want to cut it down to a short stick. theres plenty of room for it, but i had tape all over the bottom of the pole, it goes more than halfway up for the attack stick part.
i took the tape off so it didnt look so goofy, but theres heavy tape residue all over. it left tons of goop behind. is there something that i can use to get rid of all the goo???
thanks in advance,
-ryan

turpentine. it's a paint thinner but it's very toxic so due it outside

Goo Gone has always worked for me. Or one of those metal scrubber things you use for washing dishes and some elbow grease if you don't mind scratching up the shaft a little bit.

i second what dillz18 said, goo gone works like a charm. just pour it on a paper towel and rub you shaft down

The sticky stuff from tape , i usually just use water and elbow grease. Maybe a flat headed screw driver too.

Use Goo Gone. It's made for getting sticky stuff off and it's safe to.

gasoline sounds good... but i didnt want to spend $20 for a few drops of gas to get rid of the goop.
i got some goo gone, and it did the job perfectly, and it smells better than gas too.
