Warrenty Problem

I just recently broke my X3 and I want to send it in for a new one. But Laxstore's website says I have to send it to the company and STX's website says I have to send it to the store. Neither of them are responding to my emails, which place should I send it to?

Call up Laxstore's customer service. They should be able to give you an answer.

just call up stx and tell them the problem they'll handle it

ok i have been through many warranty issues before. Laxstore's website is correct and all warranty's are "supposed" to be done through the direct company (i.e stx) although a lot of stores do not follow those rules. from my experience calling STX is much better than email. STX is the only company which does not require you call them before to set up an RA# before you send in your stick. you can just send your stick in with the receipt in the package and a note the includes your return address.
