Play goalie

Hey guys,

Ive been playing d for about 4 yrs now and i really want to play goalie but my team already has 2 goalies and i never get the chance to show anyone that i can be a good goalie. Even in rec i havnt gotten a chance and i dont know what to do , because the one time i played goal, i loved it but now i just dont get a chance to play it.

talk to your coaches they will prolly let you play some in practice and if you get the hang of it you might be able to get into games. It can never hurt to have more than 2 goalies incase of injury or absence plus it will give the goalies a chance to catch a breath and not get pelted in the occasional practice where there seems to be a never ending stream of shots.

Practice a lot at home and go to goalie camps and stuff and show the other goalies up at tryouts next year.
