hey im not sure what to play d or goalie. I think im good at both even my team says so. but im stuck in between the to ,and is it true that getting into a colleage school is easier being a goalie

what do you like more?
goalies have more pressure but its usually worth it after a game won
also is there other goalies?(like are you definetly gunna be a starting goalie for your team)

I would rather playing goalie. I tried defence and i'm not that good..but goalie would be fun and your pressured but no one can get mad cause they can't do any better. I would say goalie.

maclacrosse I have the same problem I like both very much and next year are varsity goalie is leving and we have none but at the same time I am rocking D and have been told that I could be seen by scouts at that position. So I would say go with your heart and which one you would like to play the most and get the most time at.

see but im not that big and i wana play in d1 or 2. the only problem is the goalie a year in front of me is amazing. so i don't think i will play in till my last year in highschool

if you won't play then go D but goalie is the superior position... (i don't have to worry my D doesn't use the forums)

Well if your team is short of a goalie, play goalie, otherwise play defense.

Believe me goalie is completely different than any other field position because I played attack/defense for 2 years, then switched to goalie for 2 years and one fall game I decided to fool around and try to play some attack again and it felt really awkward. Once you choose a position stick with it.

Talk to your coach. He watches you every day and should know where you belong on the team to best impact the team. That's how I ended up playing goalie. And our coach ended up moving 2 other kids from their original positions to others and they got AA their sr years. So talk to him about chosing a position!

I almost played D, but i hapy i played goalie. You are elite if you play goalie i think. u also insane
