i have one year left in high school and i was wondering if anyone knew the best ways(techniques/training) to become one of the top competitors in my league, and help my team get to the champ. game. so whats the best things to do in the offseason? im doing 2 summer leagues and going to pilats camp is there anything else i can do to get better?

other than staying in good shape and not getting hurt you should be okay with summer leagues and camp

practice every single free minute you have. NO TIME FOR SLEEPY! MusT PRACTICE!

Work on agility and footwork (jumprope, dot drills, ladder drills, etc.), and hand speed drills (juggling, weighted shaft, have a friend shoot against a wall from behind you, etc.). Also do lifting and plyometrics to strengthen shoulders and quads.

i agree with all of the above but id also suggest playing sports in fall and winter, maybe you do i dont know, but it helps stay in shape, the practice stuff you can do on you free time
