hey guys, i was wondering what you guys thought was better. the torque or helix? im a face-off gut but not a fogo, so i need a head that will hold up through everything. i havnt really got a change to use eather, but from what i hear they are both great. right now im living in the past with a couple of pinched edges, which are great for face-offs, it bends like crazy, and they never break. thnx for the input guys...

i would suggest you read the reviews in the equipment section but the torque is just an overall great head
