making a pocket in a goalie head

does anybody know the best or quickest way to make a pocket in a goalie head?

i guess pound it in but im not the best guy to talk to about goalie sticks... the way goalie sticks should be strung is different than a normal stick becuase of the beating a goalie stick takes at least thats what another guy tells me who does all the goalie sticks on my team, even though he's out of high school
