lacrosse net regulations

Just wondering if there is any rule stating that lacrosse nets must have the ability to move when hit. Like they should have the rubber pegs or no pegs at all. becauses I know this arena where the pegs are part of the net and they are metal so the net has no ability to move off the pegs. last time I was there a kid got hit into one and was badly injured.
any help?
