SP types best for defense

What shoulder pads are best to use for defense. Would you rather have smaller Sp's or Larger ones

i got the warrior hitman 5.0 or somethin from last year, take off the bicep pads.
in my opinion smaller is better, i'll take the comfort over protection

I use G-forces without the shoulder or bicep pads...probably the most flexible..mobile..and protectice shoulder pads out...and if you want more protection but still want mobility..keep the bicep pads on..
