Defensive Pads

What should i do about my defensive pads. for the shoulder pads, should i use Brine rhino skin, or actual pads, and what should i do for the other pads

for d it's better to have big shoulders in the pads so....hitmans and for d elbow pads i use the realyyy like ones warrior makes (player club neo d ...i think) but it would be good to post your age level

im 14 fixing to play for my high school next year. i was thinking that the defense would use smaller pads due to the fact that they dont get hit as much.

they use smaller arm pads becasue they don't get hit n can move better but for shoulder pads bigger is better.you can hit people better n it dosen't hurt your shoulds.+it scares the $h!t outa people

I have the harrow Spro Ultralight Shoulder Pads and like those are light and cover sholders only don't know how much chest protection they give since they are kinda thin. But for arm pads it all depends on your style some wear very small pads but if you are going to carry it alot up the field you might want longer ones.

im probably gonna get the hitmans, k18 pads..........i heard the pads are really freakin comfortable

Actually for high school, i'd suggest shoulder pad liners or the adam liners. Bulky shoulder pads for a defensemen isnt a good idea, you want as much mobility as you can get. And plus you only get whacked at during clears. And he has the right idea of getting small elbow pad arm pads.

well i wouldnt say the attackmen and middies are sissies, they do all the scoring and get hammered all the time by us annoying defensemen. it just works out for defensemen because they dont get checked nearly as much on the arm so it wont bother us. occasionally well get some nasty slashes but oh well if it hurts it aint anybodys fault you bought smaller armpads. :thumbsup:
