mikey and casey in bmore

anybody else see mikey and casey powell in baltimore the other day? they were playin some pickup ball with some kids when i first got there, and then when i was comin back from the game they were givin shooting tips and lettin some kids come in and do tricks. mikey was usin a clutch on a ti22, and casey was usin a clutch on a scandium swizzle (my setup :clap: ). at the end they gave out some free ministicks that looked pretty cheap, not like my mini e3, and then i got caseys autograph. they were there all day, and at the end casey was hangin around talkin to some of the kids, but mikey ran off cause he knew he would be surrounded as soon as he left. i thought it was pretty sweet, did anyone else see them?

I saw that but i had to run cause i had to get to my bros graduation so i didnt see them talking to kids or whatever but i did think that it was really nice that they were helping the kids with stuff. It is almost like they are "entertainers" for the lacrosse comunity.

exactly. the fact that someone like casey powell could stand there and talk to a random kid like me about the stick setups we have is pretty cool.

yeah i was working at the chickfila booth at the coca cola thing. when i heard chickfila was sponsoring a shoot on the chickfila cow i volunteered to be the cow and got my stick together but was told they didnt need me. so before the game today chickfila flew a guy in from texas??? he said he never held a lax stix in his life and today was the first time. so i was pretty jacked up. so when its time to go they said the powell bro's are going to be shooting on the cow before the winner does i was so jealous. during halftime i watched them in the stands thinking i could of been in that damn cow outfit trying to save some shots from the powell bro's. thats my story

mikey powell is a great lax player but i think he should keep playin lax and not go into the music business..his band wasnt terrible in baltimore but lets just say this-he is better at lax
