Check Finale of Season 2 of 24. Jack breaks a guy's neck with his feet, and he was having irregular heartbeats. He could do it while half dead. I know for a fact Sayid was in perfect health for his feet neck breaking, making it much easier.

Jack chews through peoples' Tracheas like tenderloin at a NY restaurant.

Jack would pwn Sayid, its not even a close fight.

I like Sayid, and there may be one or 2 situations where Jack may be at a disadvantage to him (especially after this season, mainly because his heart isn't in it...but he'd still bring his A game), but considering Jack is equally trained in combat, torture (and the resistance thereof) and doing so while being pushed to the brink (or fighting off a debilitating heroin addiction) Sayid's going down.

Mikhail would give him a good run for his money, not only having 1 eye...but apparently immune to severe brain hemorrhaging and fatal spear gun wounds....

Sawyer, wouldn't last against Jack even with his stash of guns and having the high ground. Sawyer could try and con his way out...but much like Sayid wouldn't fall for it, neither would Jack.

The height of wire-fu was under Jet Li. It was Bruce Lee who never pulled punches. Just ask Bob Wall and Jackie Chan (who got his start in Lee's films), both of whom were essentially punching bags for Lee. As one anecdote goes, Wall (one of Lee's best students) got the better of him on the set, and none of the Chinese extras & crew would stop ragging on Lee that a gwailo managed to hurt him, so Lee got with Wall to stage a kick for their next fight scene. Lee wanted to give him one god side-kick and send Wall flying, but was worried about critically injuring his student/co-star and had to heavily pad the ball of his kicking foot before laying into Wall. Scene happens, Wall is sent flying, humiliation ends as Lee proves he's still the baddest on and off the set. No wires involved, no pulled punces, no one better than Bruce Lee.
