No, not this year, but a little interesting note--The Gatorade Sports Science Institute is right across the street from the high school I used to substitute at before I became full-time...

I have a brother who attends northeastern for academics, beautiful school. Thats where i'm hoping to go for biosciences in the future. There a D1 school, but there football teams iffy. I'm a UNH fan. Their star QB Ricky Santos played for our high school. Got us 2 back to back state championships in 00-01.

Wait, northeastern is D1? I thought they were like 1-AA or something. But yeah, this kid was the fastest out of everyone in MA, at least thats what I read. His name is Woody Carter, LSlaxer has probably heard of him.

Eric Alexander (soccer) went to my school. He won Gatorade National Mens soccer player of the year two years ago. Not just for our state, for the whole country. He got a scholarship to Indiana which is probably the best Mens soccer team in the country. He earned a starting spot as a freshman, was fourth on the team in points as a freshman and was a Big-Ten freshman All-American. He was pretty sick.

A wide receiver from my school was Gatorade Player of the Year for Illinois and he now plays at Nebraska. A goalie from our school in girls soccer was Gatorade Player of the Year for Illinois, and she went to North Carolina.
