no i play box lax and run three milkes a day plus i drink lots of water and hit the wall for hours and hours and hours and hours...
lacrosse is a game of changing speeds, pick a good number of miles and run in the morning before school, turn on the jets going up hills and cradle with your stick the whole time. good way to improve acceleration.

i think my team will be very veyr competitive this year. our goalie (who was all shore confrence) is a junior and our attack and middies got a **** load of hard-time experience againest men and college players this summer.
so if we stay in shape and stick to the wall, you can expect a winning season out of east this year. what about you guys?

I know I never run.I'm faster then a lot of kids too.
For the offseason I mostly shoot and sign up for all the lax progams there are.The more you play the better you get.

to TRELAX: i think our teams gonna be good this year our goalie is a junior and htis is gonna be his first year playing varsity so he will have to adjust to it, but we lost at least two all state players and like 3 or 4 all conference. We still have a first team all-shore defender, he is only a junior now. This is gonna be a rebuilding year for us and we will prob not be able to win our division again this year but i looked at our schedule and we dont have many tough teams except for like CBA and a couple others.

I've been thinkin about rowing fall crew this year. I figure thats about the perfect workout for lax. You work out everything thats great for lax, legs, arms, and endurance. And you get to wear spandex!

Aside from running like a mile per month, I also drink a lot of beer. That puts me in tip-top shape for the next season.

i play soccer which is good for the running
and i also play in an indoor lax league which helps get the rust off from not playin during soccer season
i was also thinkin about wrestling, just because all of the wrestles i know are in amazaing shape, and they all are very quick, and the all say it is because off wrestling
but that would interfere with the winter league so i dunno yet
