17D Closed on an Eclipse

Hey guys,

i cant seem to get 17D open to work on my eclipse... so i tried it closed... the pocket is all bunchy. i tried everything... interlocking, everything... so.... any tips on how to get the pocket to work?

I had the same trouble as you. I cant string open sidewall sticks very well.

Try out 12D closed sidewalls. The pocket provides great hold and rebound control while still allowing you to make good clears. I love it.

yeah... i have 12D on my other eclipse... but i dont have any more 12... im just tryin to make the 17 work

yeah... 12 diamond is where its at. I know that's somewhat preference, but it really is perfect.

ok... i love 12D.... its the best... but i dont have any right now and im trying to make something that will work with what i have.... what i have is 17D...

mine is an eclipse tho...

It would probably work, Guardians and Eclipses are pretty similar heads if I am not mistaken.
