Its all about Brampton this year...they were stripped of the Mann cup final after losing game 6 in overtime in the 'boro...they are definatley coming out on top.
As for Barrie...with Steenhuis is the lineup, I presume theyll be third behind Peterborough.

1.) who you fav team?
--Peterborough
2.) What your fav arena?
--No comment, haven't been to an OLA Major arena
3.) who do you think will come out on top?
--Peterborough
4.) what your fav part of summer box??....can be MSL, Sr.a or b.
--how its played with the old school feel
--wood sticks are allowed
When it comes to recent history (since 1996), the home team has won the Mann Cup every year (even numbered years - OLA Major champion, odd numbered years - WLA champion).
The worst example of this was in 1998 when Brampton had back room politics in their favour. Brampton and the then Buffalo Gamblers were playing in the OLA final. Had Buffalo won that series, the Mann Cup would have been cancelled that year because the CLA didn't want an American team winning the most prized trophy in Canadian lacrosse.

Team : Peterborough Lakers
Arena : Brampton
MSL Champion : PeterboroughLakers
MSL Scoring Champion : Scott Evans
MSL Best Goaltender : Pat O'Toole / Derek Collins
Highest Attendance : Peterborough Lakers / Peterborough Memorial Center
Mann Cup Champion : I like the Easts chances this year without Cosmo out west.
Favorite Part of MSL:
It's real lacrosse. The NLL has stripped the game of much of it's roughness. (following the lead of the NHL who have screwed hockey up to an almost unrecognizable level) Wooden sticks. 4x4 nets. Concrete floors. No loud music pounding for the whole freaking game, you can actually hear lacrosse being played. It's the indoor game at it's highest and purest level. (have to include the WLA) Guys that love the game, that are not being paid much, that will get their heads kicked in, and then get up and go to work in the morning. It's indoor lacrosse the way the Creator intended it to be.

I just read that brooklin traded for roik, this confused me a little as roik no longer lives in this country as he works full time in philly.

Six Nations Chiefs and Arrows play at the ILA.
If it had proper seating it would rank much higher on the list as I don't think a better floor exists. (forgot about it, good call Roadies)

Hom of 24 Mann Cups and the 11-1 Salmonbellies is the best place to watch a lacrose game seats 3500 , brand new wooden floor made specifically for lacrosse.
The west will dominate the Mann Cup this year and New West will win ITS' RECORD breaking 25th mANN cUP
