I know this is for lacrosse but I still figured this would be the best place for this thread.

So this season I am looking to go from my skinny WR self and possibly move to safety or CB. To do this i need to get some muscles because Im skinny now. So I was wondering what are some good routines to follow to improve strength with wieghts. But also what are some good things to do without weights since I only have limited availability to weights (when i feel like driving 25 minutes to school). Finally as my last question, should I go to GNC and get some creatine stuff or/and some protein stuff?

Thanks ahead

Do not use creatine. Just use protein shakes.

fine.....use it wisely though......but still, the most important thing to do to get stronger is to live in that weight room

i mean like, u can lift and not eat a great diet, and still build some muscle, but u can't take protein and all that stuff w/out lifting and build muscle.....i woulndt recommend doing either, but both are essential to really pumping up (i.e. nutrition and lifting)

I really recommend that you don't use the creatine.
