Ok, so I've just started lifting to try and bulk up a little, as right now i'm really tall and lanky (6'3 150). I'm restricted to getting to the Y to lift 3 times a week- and I'm able to use free weights 1 out of those 3 days. I'm starting at rock bottom here, as i've never really lifted or done any strength training at all before. What can I do at home without any weights to help gain muscle?
