Hey I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for making a deeper pocket for my stick. It's dyed and I have hard mesh so I know thats part of my problem but tips would be good

goalie pocket? what ive learned soak it in hot water and condition it then pound it with your glove to form a different pocket. pics would be nice if you can get them.

it alsoo depends some if it's open sidewall or closed sidewall, and what type of mesh you're using...whats been said already is pretty good general advice but also just keep trying things to see what happens.
part of becoming a stick doctor, if you will, is figuring stuff out for yourself. (not knocking you for making this post) i'm just saying some playing around often pays off

i found out that if u take the hard mesh, boil it for like 10 minutes, roll it up like a cigar, put strings on both end of the mesh, tie one string to a dumbell, and use the other string to hang it up some where, it will stretch the mesh out. then add a bit of conditioner to it and wash it out. it works.

if u want a deep pocket u should get a bucket or container to hold your stick then wet it for five minutes and then put a bar bell and leave it there over night. If it doesn't do it for the next couple nights
