I went to the brine sale today and they had power grip poles for 7 so I picked up to. But anyways the problem is they were unmarked and i was wondering if anyone had and idea what they were. I compared it to a F-10 power grip and this was 4-5 times thicker also to a f- 15 powergrip and it was 2-3 times thicker but ways the same as 2 f-15 shorties. So does anyone know what it is? I am thinking a f-22 but do not know its wall thickness.

F22 isnt any thicker than the F15. I have an F15 shorty and F22 dpole and theres basically no difference. The F22 might even be thinner.

I got one of these as well. I think its just a f10 powergrip. That place had no good d shafts. Thats one of the only things i really wanted.

best thing is to weigh it. see how much it weighs, compare it, and make a guess from there. no point in comparing shaft thicknesses because all shafts are a little thicker or thinner than others.

if all shafts are thicker or thinner than others, then wouldnt that mean that all shafts weigh more or less than others?

yup, every single shaft is different, some Kpro's are stronger then others, its just the luck of the mix, it may be the same ingredients, but the concentration may be different in different areas, 2 kids on my team have a STX TI D-pole, the kid who starts and is known as our "hard hitter" and rough guy, has had his for 2 seasons with a few dents. one of the newer kids got one from his dad or something who works for a sports store, the same year model too, and his bent and dent in about 3/4 of the way through the season, funny thing is, he didn't play too much since he was newer, and he was somewhat scared to "hit" people because he didn't want to get a penalty, but he fenominal stick handling skills
Anyway, same with the Titan Pro, my bro uses that for Defense, its fine, he has had it for 2 1/2 seasons, 3 minor dents, few scratches, but nothing bad, and i hear from all these other people that their Titan pros bend and dent like crazy... well not my brothers! and hes a starter defender too. He isn't that hardest hitter, but he plays good D.
So all in all, every shaft is different! Some parts of the shaft are easier to break then others, but it still depends, like the bottom of my Kpro on my goalie stick is bent (the bottom 3 inches) but the top of it is extremely strong and took VERY hard checks, whereas the bottom didn't but somehow it bent and got heavily dented, yea i hit the post but never that hard!

i gotta say I think that may just be an aluminum brine sample. I was given a couple shafts by a friend who was a rep and they were usually unmarked aluminum shafts the reps got to show the shape before the real shafts came out. My bet is you have one of those shafts.
One of mine has prototype printed on it and was waiting for me at the bridgeport barrage Will Call

If you can snap it over your knee, then it's an F10!

I meassured the side wall thickness of an F-15 pg goalie and that is 4/64th of an inch and the Pole is 5/64th of an inch thick.
