this question has been a puzzling one, it kinda depends on prefrence. what do u think the best long pole combo is best? i'll put one up to start.
Brine F55 (SOMEBODY SELL ME ONE!!! PM ME!!!) and a Warrior Helix, extremely light and durable.the F55 is my favorite shaft ever! last good shaft ever made by brine (ignites are crapy chinese metal). the Helix may suck for some things... but it is very durable and throws very straight for long passing (not with factory stringing, most factory stringing's suck)

helix is way to flexy for D
my favoite heads for D are the x2, chaos and the bionic
and for poles, my STX Ti, or Sc+Ti primere(very light)

the f55 is sick
as far as heads, the proton is solid, same with the evo pro, the blade is suprisingly good, and the truth is an EXTREMELY PPOR decision

I play for Royal Oak, couple miles north of detroit.
and revo pro warps bad, its nasty... and about the helix, the flex makes it more durable.

F15 with an E3. F15 is a bit heavy but played with it for 6 seasons now (3 of which have been college) and there have been no dings/dents/bends. I just got an 803 ICE so once I get it shipped i'll let ya know how that goes.

bionic with the STX Sc+Ti primere
I love it! The bionic is a tank (Great Head) and the pole is light and durable.
