do any of u have recomendations for cleats because i get hit there a lot and hurts.

i heard skateboard shoes help because they have the massive padded tounges other wise just power through the pain

i dont know...i dont use cleats, just sneakers
but you can get cleets at like any sports stores: dicks, modells...etc
