Dyeing My Clutch

I'm looking to dye my clutch black. I have a few questions though. Has anyone dyed a clutch before, if so how does it absorb the color? Also, does dyeing it make it any less stiffer or more prone to warp?

I died my friends black. It came out pretty good, it became a little flexier, not too big of a difference. And if you dying black follow this - Dye it normal with Navy, then once thats rinsed put it in boiling water with two packets of black for 30 minutes.

EDIT: i am also debating now dyeing it red...my school colors are black/silver/red....here is what my jersey's look like:

I dyed my Clutch Gold Yellow came out a bit darker than I wanted but hardly changed the shape or flexibility of the head.

alright guys, now im also debating a red to black fade like RIT37FO's but where the orange is on his mine will be red.

^^^ i did that on my old pinched ripper, and it looks sweeet.

just a tip though, dye the top black. that way the scoop scratches and grass stains show less than they would on red.

who cares what MP uses, alot of people on here think hes a god, hes not. he's a lacrosse player that is very expeirenced and skilled. im just tired of people saying "if MP uses it, it must be good!"-- well no its not. he may just use it because he is told to by Brine/Warrior. doesn't make a difference, he is good enough to play with any stick he wants. he just is using a dyed clutch. plus his preferences might be different. all i ask is top worshiping him. he just got a lucky deal with Brine and now hes more famous then other lacrosse players that are probably better then him.

hey tough guy...lighten up. he wasnt saying that he should dye his clutch becasue MP uses a dyed clutch, he was saying that if he dyed his clutch it would come out good, as evidence of MP's dyed clutch.
