im 17, 6'2" and 175. ive been working out for a couple weeks, and want to start taking a supplement to help me get stronger. i dont want to get much bigger, and want to get cut. im not fat by any means, and am cut-ish, but not where i want to be. would taking protein supplements just get me bigger, and make me pack on the pudge, or help me get stronger and cut. if it will get me pudgy, is there a supplement that wont?

( i think that everyone knows what being cut is, but just in case, like defined muscles with low body fat)
