get shots from your team at practice and tell them you want them at your toes.. or just keep your stick there so you cant

Mental Training.
Find a quiet place to lie down, and take 15-20 deep breaths. Feel your muscles relax, by contracting and releasing. Start at your toes and work to your neck/jaw.
Now that you're relaxed, see your self in your mind making saves on the shot you want to. Try to see it through your cage, with practice your visualizations will become longer and clearer. Don't give up cause its hard... work at it, work at seeing your self stop every shot you can. Never get scored on. Theres, no reason your making it real.
Your brain can't tell reality from perception, its why you get scared at ghost stories and horror movies... Similarly your mind treats this as practice, without the physical fatique. Do it before you leave for practice, and before you leave for a game.
For hockey I run 50 shots at every major scoring area ie. Blocker, glove, 5hole, left pad, right pad, backdoor pass etc. For a lacrosse goalie, do the same but mimic shots and game situations. It will seriously increase performance.

i really need to start doing that. I started doing it for snowboard racing earlier this season and it really does work, also though dont concentrate too hard, that was always my issue the more i concentrated on racing the worse i did, if i visualize and then dont really think about it when im doing it, my body does it naturally its weird. I get nerves when i play lacrosse and i have a hard time putting picks and rolls and working with my team, so i think if i just visualize before hand, and relax when i play hopefully it will help.
