F15 is not under rated just forgotten and not known about by newer players i have had mine for like four or five years...sadly i discovered a small crack in the back of it but still a great shaft none the less and yes the clutch is over rated but it is such a great head i think the Arrow is underrated because people think it looks wierd and its diffrent so it must be crap

hmmm...gotta balance it with a head....for durablility bionic, but the pinch and string holes make up for it (impossible to get a bad pocket), overall I would have to say pulse maybe, IDK can't really think of one that I have used enough to get a good feel of it

Uder: Shaft: al6000 pro maybe, light, not very durable but gets alot of crap for being a beginner stick, which is, ultimatly, what it is trying to be
Head: Truth (fave ever), proton +, av8 (when you pinch it it is reallly nice, not that heavy, somewhat stiff, somewhat flexy still. I use it for mess around faceoffs, and if I was a faceoff mid I would use it (either wing middie or attack for me though in games).

I think an underrated head is the Brine Ripper. It Is the stiffest head that Ive ever felt.

Head- i hate to say it but the x2.
Shaft- Wonderboys- i have seen about 6 of them brake and 3 of them were in 1 game

Head- Gait Icon i have alot of good heads and this one is my gamer lol it is extremely light and i love the pinch

Shaft- DB803 ive had mine for a couple years and it only has a little bit of scratches and with my icon it is the lightest thing that i have ever felt.

The brine ripper is in my opinion the most underated head. It's really cheap, like $22, and is super stiff. The gait wizard is also very underated (wizard=tank).

I am definitly going with the cyber in terms of most underrated heads. Its lightweight, somewhat pinched, stiff and most importantly I can string it better than my evo pro. Which is why it is my starter

Well personally I believe that some aluminum shafts are underrated. Because there resonably light and are only like 20 bucks so if onbe breaks or bends you just pay 20 bucks for a new one instead of 200 bucks for a new titanium one. But this only goes for some aluminum shafts not all.

I completely agree, dont waste your money on a 200$ shaft, buy cheap ones they seriously are just a little bit heavier, you cant even notice the weight, in my opinion. Just buy like 7 cheap shafts, for the price of a levitation.

i think the proton is underrated.

i mean, most kids think, "hey it's still a wide head, so it's a bad head". well not necesarilly. i thing this is a really good head for defenders, and for middie who are catching hard passes on the run. i mean, even college players use it because it's easy to catch with and it strings nicely.

ya the proton is underrated. i would get one, but 1) im broke and 2) i might get one for free at the camp im going to.

^^^^^^^^yea but a proton power is like it and a little better it is more pinched but not uber pinched like the kannon or any other cs head
and under shaft is tha al6000...cheap and quite durable
and a nothe over shaft is most 7075 shafts they get quite dinged up

Could nto agree with this more, My STX AL600 that was cut down from a $20 D-Pole has lasted me 3 years now with only scratches and little dings, thing is a beast.

Most under rated for me would definitely be the Proton, i love mine, one of the first heads i got and i still use it all the time, im actually picking up a new one this week.

Underated Head - AV8 ==> the proton for $35

Overated Shaft - All Scandium and Titanium D Poles ==> Too expensive, too weak/durable for the price
Underated Shaft - Brine F-15 ==> takes a lickin' and keeps checkin

stx steel is a pretty underrated shaft. its pretty durable, and light.
must say the original av8 (no independent ball stop) is extremely underrated as well.


overrated is the helix, clutch, and any extremely tight pinched heads that are really expensive. ti's are also overrated.

its a good head but the stringing it comes with is reely bad, after a while the mesh gets messed p, it has 2 much wip, im geting mine restrung, its almost 2 pinched for me, comin from a lutch user, had it for a year no alot about it

shaft: Platinum Allow. It's a cheap shaft that gets the job done. Not the lightest, not the strongest, but is durable enough to last a few years and as long as you're not a noodlearm, the weight won't bother you.

Shaft: STX Steel 7000, it is light and this thing is a tank; I've used it all last season and summer league and camps and this thing has tiny scratches but nothing more.

Head: Gait Icon: Awesome if you restring it, it is the best beginner head out there and isn't a horrible choice for experienced players. Also Deuce, this thing has a mad pinch and awesome ball control.

Overrated:
Shaft: Crankshafts.

Head: Asylum, Helix, any crankshaft head.

for anyone that is saying the clutch is overrated, shut it. the clutch is a very solid stick, can you name a stick that is that light and stiff at the same time? probably not. personally, i dont like the brine scoops, im a warrior scoop type guy, but people that usually play with brine sticks love the scoop on the clutch. a stick that i find under-rated is the helix, amazing ball control due to the great pinch, and the scoop is very good as well, stiffness is great. and its light, really light. it works well with any type of pocket, due to the flare up top and the reverse flare at the throat.

agreed, the triton is incredibly underrated, its like the torque, but with a little more support on the sidewalls. It was the head i learned to play with.

x3 it looks bad (especially if you dye it) not to mention it breaks in the cold if you touch it. They're also too stiff. (I also heard there is a curse on them)

Underrated- Pulse no one ever talks about it and the back sidewall thing is cool Vapor it is really flexible and a good overall head

Because the deminsions are the same, sidewalls are very similar, and weigh similar amounts. Yes the clutch is pretty stiff, but after playing with one for a few games I've found that its just like the answer. Mine got soft. I should have saved myself the 30 bucks.
