Is the carolina blue krypto pro painted blue and will it chip or is it like part of the shaft and if anyone can give me an idea on how the grip differs from the silver one that would be great

the carolina color wont chip or fade, and it has the same gri[ as a normal silver kpro.

well..... then the ones I have used have been different. They have been BrineComfortGrip-esque (just to make the longest word possible)

There's no shaft that's "painted", composite shafts will chip, but alluminums(or the like) won't, some fade, but don't chip.

Harrow paints their shafts.

I have the older designed blue krypto pro and yes the color chips off and it has more of a grippy feel to it.

Harrow paints their shafts.
Which most are composites.

I have the shaft, and i love it! The paint does kind of fade instead of chip though. It fades white. I personally think that the grib is a little better with a little less slick feel like the silver. The fade is mostly at the top near the throat of your head.
