should long stick middies where defensive armpads or like the middle ones which cover forearm, and elbow....I am wondering because i want to buy some new arm pads because are school ones are really uncomfortable i cant move in the stx exo. so should i go for the strictly defensive ones like players club for defense or the d sleeve, i might also be our starting lsm however

get brine lopro ap's or brine supercrosse slip-ons. they are mid-lengthened and offer great protection.

i played a little LSM in fallball last year. you can get a pair of Warrior MPG 4.5 arm pads (the short version) for 20 bucks or so. they're pretty comfortable and they're a lot more protective than most defense specific pad.

definitely the brine supercrosse slip ons..they dont slide at all and are very comfortable..they offer enough protection and they allow you to have a lot of movement..you should get them

Its up to you.
Do you want to sacrifice protection for mobility?
Get shorter pads; Supercrosse Eg's or Slip-on's, Lo Pro's etc

Need that extra protection?
Stick with longer pads then. Ones that cover a majority of your arm.

Edit: My review on supercrosse Slip-Ons
