im going to the naval academy lax camp any hints or seggestions

the strict stuff im not worried about its the heat thats gonna get me. i mean our coach runs us all the time 2 nights a week during summer 3-4 days a week during off season and 6 days a week during season so i think i can hack it but i have a real problem with my asthesma in the heat

prepare to walk..........alot. hah and keep yout room clean me and a couple of my friends almost got kicked out last year because of our rooms
