Factory strung until the sidewalls broke. Then someone restrung the broken sidewall string. A week later the other sidewall string broke and I bought a 6-diamond kit and had to string it myself. I'm so glad tat I did now because stringing comes in pretty handy and the only person on my team who was actually good at stringing graduated this year.

factory strung av8, didn't like how it threw after a few weeks so I cut it out and tried to redo it with some stx mesh kit. Me and my friend worked on it, each trying the topstring untill we got it right, then I went back home and did some really bad sidewalls on it. the shooters came out ok, it threw eh, not as good as my newer stuff by far. After about half a season with that, I found a discounted (45 dollar when they were brand new, Dicks Sporting Goods doesn't know much!) truth and kept the factory string untill summer. Tried restringing with a brine monster mesh kit. This time I got it pretty close to right, but it was inconsistant. I got a bionic during that summer and made my first jima order, black 6d kit. Put it in there, and it was by far my best stringing at that point. I ordered some more and redid all my sticks. Now, I have all my sticks strung by me, with most of them having dye jobs from me too. I have tried a few customs, pita, and concepts. I will probbly put a traddy on either my bionic or answer soon. I improved alot, learned mostly from TLF. Last year I was probably the best stringer on my team, and made some cash doing it.

Factory, the mesh was horrible and our coach puts emphasis into learning how to string our own sticks. I went from factory garbage to a-grade customs.
