saddle help

How do you make a saddle? I'm confused on how some of you guys do it. Can anyone show me pics or anything that can help me? :dummy:

not for a rocket pocket. believe me though, its a very simple knot once you figure it out. all parts of a rocket pocket are patented and cant be tutorialized.

you know how you can string an X pattern channel? just do that but make it really tight with each knot touching the next.

edit: and the RP saddle isn't hard either. make a double trad knot, and then loop the string around the string from the beginning of the knot. repeat that a couple times and pull it tight.

if you want a wide saddle, string it loosly. if you want a narrow saddle, string it tightly. After you string the saddle, prop a ball in the stick and string the rest of the stick

i dont think all parts of a rockit pocket are patented, i think its the way these things are set up. if the channel is patented then nobody would be able to sell regular trads (same channel as RP, just skinnier)
