call up a teammate or friend even if your friend doesn't play lacrosse let them get used to it and throw off hand to them for an hour or so

You should shoot left handed like everyday but just do small things like brush your teeth lefty and open doors lefty. Just stupid things so you get more comfortable with it.

Do you go to school? You can always go to your school to play. And it's NEVER too far away, if you want to have a better off-hand then you have to be dedicated.

. . .and i have no brick concrete walls in my neighbor hood
I am trying to think what I would do w/o a wall - I just don't think I could function. Like laxmiddie11 says go to your school and wall it off hand till it hurts . . .Then do it some more.

i throw into a couch and it is actually kinda fun cause you can make your parents freak.

Hmm thats ashame that the school is too far away, cause to practice my left hand I throw against a brick wall 100 times. Half without cradling and half with cradling. I do the same or double with my right hand. I got those tips from this thing Mikey powell said on some site. It was in a thread around here somewhere.

Turn your goal around and pass at the back of it. It rolls off back to you kinda.

If you have deck furniture you could turn that on its side and use that or if you have a mini trampoline you could tilt that against that and use that. It's what I use and it works fairly well.

do u have anything that can rebound a ball back to you? because i dont have a wall but i have steps and this little wooden railing with 2 2x4's going across it and i just aim for one of those two by 4's or the steps and it usually works pretty good for me. except when it takes a weird bounce and goes over to my neighbors house and hits his cadilac that he thinks is a ferarri. i find it quite amusing cuz he flips out. but just find something that is sturdy enough for a ball to hit and throw it off that, or just cradle and do simple stick tricks with your left hand and shoot on your net

you can make your own rebounder with some 2x4's and two 5' long strips of wood. just have your dad nail like three 2x4's to the longer strips, rest it against your house and throw.

another way is to buy trapoline springs, some canvas, and some wood. screw the wood together into the shape, and attach the springs on. make sure the cavas is tight though.
