ok they opened for the RHCP at the concert i was at, they did alright

and i have a couple of their songs and im thinking of getting one of their cds, btu im not sure whih one to start off with

im thinking de-loused in the comatorium, but yeah if anybody has an objection to that, or a suggestion for another cd then post it

as for live, when i saw them they were getting a new drummer, so they basically improvised for a half hour, and they had a couple of their guys go around the arena on a beer throwing spree, which was sweet

De-loused is sick dude. Cicatriz ESP is my favorite song, the middle part sucks, but the begininng and end are both great, and its 12 minutes long. Get that for sure. I saw these guys opening for the rhcp too. The sound for them wasn't to great but it was still cool.

TMV is amazing live depending on the show. If you actually like their music before hand, it's much, much more exciting.

De-Loused is my favorite of TMV's albums, but Tremulant is their best recording. Omar, the guitarist, has actually put out the best stuff post-ATDI (their former band), so look for any Omar Rodriguez-Lopez stuff. The other two TMV albums, Frances the Mute and Amputechture, kinda really suck. They have talent and terrible songwriting or editing. They don't edit themselves. It sucks.

At the Drive-In is much better. Get Vaya and Relationship of Command. They are AWESOME. ATDI is much better but doesn't have the great drummer TMV had for their first album.
