neck pain?

When I woke up this morning I found out that I was sleeping on my neck at a weird angle, and now it is pretty sore. Its the bottom left of my neck, and it makes it difficult to turn my head or bend it back without sharp pain. Has anyone else had this?? If so, how do you treat it??

Haha, it just goes away after a good nights rest for one or two nights... I was in the pool and when i got out my neck was killing me and so was my back. It still hurts today but im sure itll be gone by tomorrow or saturday..

Take a long hot shower, and run it under hot water. Maybe an advil or ibuprofeun if its real bad. And More Bengay!

its nothing, its just the way you slept on it. Mine took about 2 days to go away.
