Need some sunglass advice/help

Well the sunglass thread hasnt been touched in months os I didnt know whether to resurrect it or not...anyway, Im looking to buy some good shades for my trip to italy this summer. I was looking at the following:

Oakley Gascan
Spy Lacrosse (no pun there huh?)
Arnette Infamous

So these glasses go for all 90+ in stores, so I was searching on ebay trying to find a good deal under 70 bucks. I was wondering if any of you know an online store that has these glasses or similar glasses to these for around $70. Also, if you have any recommendations on glasses that look like these, like the kinda square shaped ones, id like to hear them...thanks in advance

i get knockoff look alike w/e sunglasses at the lil stands at like the mall...i have a RELE nice lookin pair of knock off oakleys i got for like $12

Why don't you wait till you get to italy, and then buy a designer pair for real cheap over there.

I'd stay away from Oakley. I have a pair or a-wires, and I hate them.

can't go wrong with ray bans either.

i personally have a pair of oakley juliet's that retail for around $350. they've got polarized lenses and titanium frames. i got them as a gift. pretty friggin' sweet.

I just got the Oakley Gascan's and they are pretty sweet. They are pretty durable (I'm guessing) because of the plastic frames, so that they won't break as easily.

i got some Spy Clint polarized glasses on ebay brand new for $65 about a year ago. in stores they are around $140. either way, i strongly recommend you go with polarized. it makes a world of difference. especially if you are going to italy, and will be wearing them alot...

keep checking ebay, and maybe craigslist.

I don't know about your facial structure, but most every sunglass sits too high on my cheeks. The Gascan's actually sat lower on my cheeks and actually looked good on me.

If you'll be on the water, yeah. It reduces glare.

By the way check www.sierratradingpost.com they have Gascans for $60 (though maybe not in the color you want) and maybe some of the other glasses you wanted.

Be careful about buying on eBay though because you could easily get knockoffs, and a big difference with knockoffs would be the lenses. You want good quality lenses to help prevent getting eye cancer or something.

gascans are cool but if you have a small face you will look like a mosquito. but yea i think the oakley thumps are kinda like gascans i havnt seen a pair in along time though so im not sure. but check out the thumps they have the mp3 player built in and they have like interchangeable lenses.
