traditional question

hey guys, i have my first traditional pocket, i have it in my powerplay. ive gotten it to throw somwhat good its just when i wind up to fire a shot the ball goes stright to the ground! its pissing me off. ive tried loosening the shooters then tightening them and nothings worked. i have three right now. any suggestions?

It sounds like you're having a problem with whip. If so be sure to have your top shooter the tightest and the bottom one the loosest. The more shooters you put in the less whip you will have. But putting more shooters may result in less control.

shooting strings and the tension on them wont alwasy make a stick shoot good...to have a stick shoot good you have to start off with a well strung pocket then go from there...so if its strung bad ...adding shooters wont get rid of whip

I would try taking out all of the shooters and starting again. Make sure the top one is tight and they get looser as they go down. (of course I'm sure you knew that.)

good work i strung up trad in my powerplay yesterday it throws and shoots like a dream!
