New or used?

I am in thinking about purchasing a Boddam chest and arm unit and I am wondering if I should buy the new Pro Vent Signature serise unit or a slightly used Pro 9500 from someone I know. I can get the used C/A for $200+ shipping from BC to NB, or the Pro Vent for 825+tax(14%).

as for the question itself... go with the pro. You don't know how 'used' these uppers from BC are.

if you can get pictures of the used gear, then go with that cause you'd save upwards of 700.
you could always get the gear refurbished

Markhams is probably a winnable game for you guys as long as you don't goon it up... i heard you guys have been doing some stupid **** lately (not taking a rip at ya... just what i heard) with brawls and stuff... you guys are lucky that you have two amazing coaches in both Mr. Richards' as they are both amazing coaches/guys

unfortunately... iunno about that whitby game... the one at IP they dominated from the second period on and you guys didn't exactly own the first period...

yea... that guy that came in my crease had been doing it all year... he did the same thing to me once before... but i grabbed it before it went in... the other tender on our team doesn't throw that well so he goes in the crease to get the ball off him... unfortunately, i can pass relatively well... atleast better then the other guy... but ya... its not the first time he has screwed things up for me...

I originally got 5, then my appeal turned it into whatever provincials were. If we played 2 games in provincials, my suspension would be over. If we played 7, I would have had to serve all 7.

It was a sick hit though. I won't do it again though, because I know they will book me bad for it and I know every one in the front office of the OLA pretty much so, I feel bad. Made me feel like I was disapointing them.
