I have mesh strung into my Bionic. I'm pretty accurate with it, i guess as accurate as a mesh pocket will allow me to get. Does a traditionally strung custom pocket have that extra little bit of accuracy that im looking for?

I find that the i get more accuracy with the trad but not as much power. I got it on my bionic.

as an avid striner and stick tech nut i have tried just about every pocket you could imagine. ive found that a traditional pocket, when strung right, is very accurate and has a very hard shot. the trad pocket i currently use (trax pocket in my pinched razer) is a very good pocket for both accuracy and power. you can get one from stylin strings, or give one a try yourself.

i have a power V pocket its pretty acurate and i can get alot of power out of it. (mesh)
I use mesh cause string takes to much time.

Im a very avid stringer and I have strung every pocket on stylin strings and e-lacrosse and I have also strung rocket pockets. Im using a trax pocket right now and like mdawg said when strung properly it has a very accurate and hard shot. Considering the head you are using and the needs you are looking to meet I would suggest going with a pocket with a very defined channel such as the rocket pocket or the trax pocket. Personally I like the trax pocket and I think it would suit your needs.

Nah, I just string all the time. Its what I do to pass the time. I hate having a pocket thats not perfect so when im not playing lax a lot of the time im restringing my sticks. I don't mess with my X-2 much because i need it to be real reliable in a game so I try to leave it alone but all of my other sticks are fair game.

I have hard mesh in my X-2, A trax pocket in my Edge X, A rocket pocket in my AV8, 8 diamond mesh in my proton and I bought a rotor for 10 bucks to practice different stringings on. So to answer your question I use mesh and string.

Yes. Stylin Strings' The Who pocket is VERY accurate and a Rock-it Pocket (i have this on a finalizer) is accurate to within 6 inches at approx 15-20 yards. That's what I call precision.
If you can string it yourself, try out the RP and if you want to try the Who, use e-lacrosse tutorial for everything but the coils. look at pictures on stylin strings for the coils (you should see what i'm talkin about)
oh and one more thing. don't do what i did. dont string sidewall string thinking it's crosslace. use crosslace.

I must be from the old school, but to me, traditional means just that 100% traditional stringing.
My opinion is that traditional is more accurate than mesh in most cases and when done properly, can also have better hold.

I don't agree with LCNlaxman. The who pcket is very accurate but it doesn't provide much power. You will get a much faster shot with either a rocket-pocket or a trax pocket.
