I have $325 and i don't know what lacrosse equipment to buy. I need some suggestions. I play middie in the varsity level.

You should wait till the new equipment comes out in the fall. The g22 gloves are really nice.

Pick yourself up a pole if you don't have one...always fun to have. If you don't want a pole, buy a goal. If you already have a goal, buy a goalie stick to fool around with friends with.
If you have all of the above, save it for the new stuff.

well, tell us what you need, whether you need a full set of equipment or just one or two items. it's hard for us to give you any suggestions with the budget that you have in mind otherwise.

Look around on the forums for new stuff that is said to come from all the companies. The g22s are in the stx 08 thread.
