If i am not mistaken the announcers mentioned that there is going to be an expansion in Dallas, Texas. And i think they also mentioned Raliegh, NC. Please correct me if you know for a fact that i am wrong. If you heard this also or heard something different than i did please post on opinion or correction.

I didn't get to watch the game so I wouldn't know. Both places seem like good choices considering that Lacrosse is big in Dallas and north Carolina.
Can the next person post the score of the all star game? I still don't know what happened. I'm so mad I didn't get to watch it.

it was 19 to 12 east won pretty good game
i think its a very good choice IMO. the sport is growing like crazy in both places and it would be good for me considering i only live like an hour and a half away from Raliegh.

Is this confirmed anywhere? I didn't get to watch the game and Google returns no results.
I pretty sure that they were just talking about hotspots for lacrosse in America. I remember them mentioning about five places, including Dallas and Raliegh. Correct me if I am wrong though.

it says in the mll game i just found it on the recording i have on my tivo. And it talks about ryan boyle living in texas and quote, "and the leaque is heavily talking of expansion in the lonestar state in Dallas. They also say other happy spots for possible expansion is raleigh, cary, seattle, san diego, and virginia beach.

the more teams the better, better if they're out west because it spreads lacrosse.

i think atlanta over raliegh, its a much larger city, and the city brings in sports fans from all over the south and has a lot larger of a population so more money in the bank

Thanks. Rightly said. Good choices, both areas.

I just took this off the MLL website http://majorleaguelacrosse.com/teams/mllexpansion/
I have no idea why the commentators for ESPN would say things that aren't what the MLL are saying. ON that page it says the cities under consideration are: Cincinnati, Dallas, Portland, Salt Lake, San Diego, Seattle and St. Louis.

i said 3 of those in my 3rd post on this thread and they did say raliegh i just heard it on my tivo recording of the game. maybe that is just out of date.

Yesssss Cinci. i really hope they expand there because then i could go to the games. i think a team would also be pretty popular there considering there is no pro basketball team, only baseball. and the reds suck so im sure people are ready for a change.

Raliegh, NC seems strange because they dont have any professional teams.

I think they should have the new teams in Dallas Texas, and Portland Oregon. We need 1 team in the west to expand lacrosse but I think we also need one in a city that is already into lacrosse, and is decently known. That way they expand lacrosse more on the west coast and have a team that will be a stable team for the MLL. I think that would be the best way to handle this.

P-town! it has proven with the lumberjax in nll that lacrosse is popular in the northwest. i live in eugene, which is two hours away, and i would be getting season tickets.

I think the league should move out to texas, Carolina, and some other new cities. They are only getting 2,500 a game at some of these north eastern cities, so why not. Cant get much worse.
