Are you supposed to wear anything under your compression shorts? I was too embarassed to ask anyone I know in real life. I didn't wear any today cause it was hot out, and it felt way better.

i tried freeballin it under compression shorts and my cup(a bike, non-slip cup with rupper around the end) ended up slipping ad ripping some of my pubic hair(i almost cried)

i wear a creap pair of Joe-boxers(the really thin kind with the stupid patterns on them) underneath cause they are light

I wear compression shorts with nothin under than my cup over it (with that weird brief/harness deal that came with it). Stays put, doesn't itch.

kinda wierd but that also happened to me did not feel very great at all i definitely wouldnt recommend free-ballin it to anyone. I just wear boxers under the compression shorts.

I go freeballin for the shorts. But the cup pocket streched and the cup keeps on moving up on me and it hurts. The shock doctor oned hold the cup better probably.

HAh, some kids on our team wear boxers over the compressions shorts. I was like wtf? I my self free ball under and wear a cup.

P.S the shock doctor pockets on the front so i dont have tiplax's situation.

I use my hockey cup for lacrosse, so i don't have as much of a problem but i do recommend this: wear the regular underwear for lacrosse if you have this problem.(not boxers). when i did use compression shorts i used those and it felt much better. For everything else boxers, but compression... gets pretty uncomftorable.

I have the shock doctor compression shorts, then have a little pouch in front for you cup. If I didn't have it I would wear my compression shorts and then just have a jock strap over the compression shorts.

if you're playing in a game, i'd wear a cup/supporter underneath...no underwear. if you're just working out then you'd take away the cup/supporter. i see guys wear their jocks and compression shorts over their boxers, and it just defeats the purpose of even wearing the compression shorts. if you want your equipment to do it's job most effectively then you'd wear the compression shorts in place of your boxers....

I wear my boxers, then put my underarmour shorts on, and a jock strap on that. It's really comfy and don't slide around.

That ripped pubic hair used to happen to me when i first got my compression shorts and it was the most uncomfortable thing to wear boxers under compression shorts thats why you just simply remove all hair down there + the ladies like it better

i wear my boxer/boxer-briefs underneath my compression shorts(they have a pouch on the outside). my cup also had a hard shell, and a softer rubber around the end so i dont have to worry about being confortable.

*i dont have a problem with pubes ripping out cause i shave. i guess it would help with the "ripping of the pubes" problem. and plus it makes me feel much cleaner.

Ripping hair or not, I'll assume that those of you who aren't wearing a cup have been pretty damn lucky or I've been real unlucky. Between wearing a supporter or compression shorts and a cup, I've still bit hit, unintentionally, enough times to put the cup in for practices and games. (And even with the cup, it still hurts--it's just the stars aren't as bright.)

JK, but dont wear boxers underneath the compression shorts the get bunched up and it sucks. Just get compression shorts with pouch in front and you wont have to worry about pubes being ripped.

Check out the UnderArmor baseball slider compression shorts - - built in pouch for your cup and a double thickness layer on the outside of your hip/upper thighs.

Playing down here in FL its almost a necessity to have moisture wicking material because of the heat and humidity. I feel really sorry for those guys I see with cotton boxers.

i wear under armour baseball sliding compression shorts. i used to always wear boxers under them, but now i go commando. its so much more comfortable.
