Hi everyone. This is a pocket I designed myself. Itbhas vey little whipfor defensemen, yet just enough hold for taking it down the field. I don't have a camera yet, so bear with me and tell me what parts you need pics of. I'll try to get a friend's camera or something to take those specific potos. Enough talk, let's go.

Materials: 2 pocket leathers
1 piece of 10-diamond hard mesh cut to 6 diamonds wide
About 20' of crosslace & Enough sidewall string for two sidewalls
One nylon shooting string
2-3 hockey lace shootes; it's your prefernce, but overdo it or you'll . have too much whip

Part 1: The Mesh and Leathers
-Attach the mesh to the top of your head using the classic topstring setup
-Set up the leathers on the outer leather holes and weave them in and out of the mesh all the way down to the bottom, adjusting the tightness to the size of the pocket you want

Part 2: The Sidewalls and Crosslace
-Set up a naked sidewall on each side of the head. Then, with your crosslace, do a pita pocket connection between the leathers and sidewalls about three sidewalls down. On the fourth sidewall string, instead of setting up for another pita pocket connection, do a knot like you do on the topstring and and make a second sidewall layer for the next three spaces. Then, repeat the topstring knot and finish of the last few sidewall strings with the pita pocket connection. run the end of the crosslace through the bottom hole and tie it off.
-Now, take your remaing crosslace.on each side of the head, do a topstring knot on the first doubl sidewall and continue a pita connection throught the next three sidewalls, finishing it off with yet another topstring knot.

Part 3: Shooting Strings
-Like I said before, this is your preference. However, I reccomend having a tight rolled nylon shooter on top with two weaved laces of gradually loosened tension underneath.

Part 4: :worship: The G-Train Pocket :worship:
- I hope you enjoy my pocket. It's sick for any position on the field. Well, except goalie of course. Let me know how you like it. Remember to always keep your pocket legal as well your stick. We were in a game at the fourth quarter, up by two, when a random stick check was issued. Our leading scorer, with three goals and an assist, had an illegally pinched head. We lost all three goals. We ended up winning anyway, but it was a lot of work that we didn't have to do. Plus the coach ran our butts off the next day. Enjoy the G-Train.

Hey bud, welcome to TLF. We have some procedures set in place for stringing tutorials. PM one of the SDL mods first, and they'll talk you through the rest. Theres also a stick in SDL explaining the steps you need to take.

Sounds like a cool pocket though.
