Clears and rides

Before you all get on my case I did search this but I was looking for more specific results and all I got was a mass of posts tjhat did not pertain to my search.

I am looking for some good clears and tips on rides that I can pass on to fellow teamates in an over 40 league. Some have played before and others have limited skill so I am looking for easy concepts that wont confuse or discourage. Our clears are inconsistent at best and the majority of our team cannot cover a clear.
