colin finnerty from the Naval Academy? I thought he was a senior, and i thought you had to go into the Navy after graduation. Hes a beast but so is Alex Peaty, and i dont see Loyola being to good next year, they lost ALOT of people 7 of their top 10 scorers were seniors.

I don't think the Duke Administration really cares.

I dont really think they do either, but it would have been sort of pathetic for him to go back to Duke after what they did, especially since the man who brought him there is no longer a part of it.

He should go to Bryant. Tear up the DII circuit and show that Pressler is his main man.

he isn't even good at lacrosse compared to the others at duke that is what i heard is there any game highlights or tapes of him from that season? if i am right then that is not a big deal for duke or loyola.

Finnerty is a good player, he was young when the indictment happened which is why you didnt see a whole lot of him. He will be a good contributor to Loyola. Also if im not mistaken, he plays attack, which means he saw time behind Danowski, Greer, and Zash, hardly a failure.

good point he did play behind the best attackman in the country i just never saw him play or heard much about him so that is what i figured. If someone has some game tapes of him playing just post them i would really like to see this kid play if he really might be something in D1 lacrosse.

zash was a middie i think. but thats still 2 extremely good players to be in the shadow of.

The concern shouldn't be whether or not he was good. It's pretty obvious that you have to be some kind of talent to be on a top D1 team. The question is if he's still capable of playing at that level after what he's gone through. Like, what kind of lacrosse has he been doing for the last year and a half? Not too much, I'd think. I could very well be wrong, though.

you're right, but everyone who cares in the general public will know, and that's enough.

i know he was coaching at his alma mater(chaminade) so im sure hes been playing a little. But now that he knows hes going to Loyola im sure hes going to be pumped to prove people wrong about the things they said about him. Im sure hes gonna work his tail off to be in a position to contribute to a very young Loyola team. Its good to see he still atleast wants to play lacrosse, i dont know if i would considering what all hes been through

He should still have three years of eligibility left, after the NCAA granted the extra year correct?

no im not kidding you show me some lacrosse tapes and show me some proof that he played in any games with duke, after that then you can try and sound smart but before i see some proof that he is good i am going to keep my opinion. But until you show me some of that proof keep your mouth shut because you obviously dont know what youre talking about, because i have never even heard of him before the rape case.

alright thanks for the stats really i just never heard anything about him so thanks for filling me in. If you had never heard anything about any player you would have thought the same and he was standing up against danowski and greer so it was pretty hard to believe that he was close to them. Sorry for the mistake.
