Anyone going to the Illinois shootout october 17th in winnetka? I'll be there, depending on whether or not we have enough poles i may be playing DI or DII, just looking to see whose gonna show up, get ta meet some of you in reality lol.

I'd be all for that, too bad I don't think we could, FZ, whats the lax situation in your area, more teams joinin?
Anyways I'll be the grayslake pole with a gren kylte wire and X2 with neon orange jimalax mesh, I'm hard to miss :chuckle:

heh, i'm from the city, situation is getting well more people learning about lax in the schools and stuff . i'll look out for ya at the shoot-out.

Can only Illinois teams attend or are out of state teams, like one from Wisconsin, allowed to attend? Also, how can I get more info on it?

shoot out i was at the one last year it's good stuff, and lot's of hard work. Grayslake finished 2nd in the shootout in d2. they lost to New Trier, an amazing team in itself. what i got to say is jsut keep composure. and don't quit cause thats what the team did last year, they fell apart. but it's a really really nice comp regardless...

really more or less work your *** off, the field is a shorteend field kinda basket ball court size? i'm not sure i cant remember to clearly. and you get really really tired cause its on game right after another. and with the slaughter rule that they have even if your down by alot you still have a chance. just don't quit. and keep goin, it's really fast.

yea grayslake usually went as a team, but the team who went last year there was not one senior...and we did pretty darn well...but that is true if you go go as a team and want to win. cause you won't win if you don't have the mindset to.

I'll be there playing for Lake Forest. We usually have two D1 teams, so I'm not sure what team i'll be on yet.

Does LZ have a whole team? Thats pretty cool, we got a wide group of people showing up for this thing. Looks to be quite fun. Hahaha I'll be the dude thats totally wasted from HC night :chuckle:

well our grayslakes varsity team is good...as for the F/S i don' tknow, i have never seen them really play...

Varsity this year looks decent, denman got good, but out of the team thats goin, I'm not TOO sure how good we're gonna do on varsity. We got Sawyer Senior on pole lol, that kid is weird.

i'm sorry but sayer is a dumbass, hope he dosent read this. yea he sucks, i hear denman is the star middie this year, and as for attack it's all for dresser and higgins, but i mean dresser is god. here that DRESSER!!! remember that he is amazing. last year he scored more then half the goals of the entire touney for the team. good ol'east coast kids witiht here lax skill....

Dressers playin midde this year man...Scary stuff huh?
And yeah both the sawyers pretty much suck but it means me and marvin don't have to play D the entire game, me and the pollock make a good team though with my speed and his....Bigness we kick some major @$$.

They just ruined indoor last year, they were rediculous.. except chi select was pretty fun this year although we didnt win a game.
