Hey everyone, I'm looking for guitarists, singers, and drummers.
I've been playing bass since 4th grade (going into 10th this fall) I've played jazz band since 7th grade and classical since the beginning. I made the top orchestra this year as a freshmen and I'm really looking for 2 guitarists, singer, and a drummer.

I'm looking for people who are up to my ability, or close, and live in the Chicago land area. I'm a very chill guy and love to get something started. Open to playing anything really, but my interests:

zeppelin, sabbath, mastodon, rhcp, beatles, jazz, anything really that sounds good.

I'm fed up with people at my school who're not serious about playing, so only post or pm if you are serious about playing. I WANT TO START A BAND!!!! PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!

He means that a minute amount of people on this forum are even from Illinois, so you probably aren't going to find anyone. You would be better off posting this on a different forum.

Don't mean to hijack this thread but.....
I am in the same situation. I play guitar bass and drums and am interested in starting a ska band in Southwestern Connecticut, if anyone knows some horn players, bassists, guitarists, drummers, please PM me.

defiantly post on craigslist.com

so many people find gigs that way.

and you could post something like, won't get paid till famous.
that what this millionaire did on craigs before he got rich, he hired "interns" from the site.
