yeah, don't get this. It is terrible. The guy is a meathead and doesn't know the first thing about training.

The video shows the guy on the cover talking about warming up, running, agilities, stretching, weight training, and wall ball but doesn't give any kind of instruction or explain the importance of each area. His voice changes 15min into the video which is kinda funny. Overall its a shell of a program with no substance.
He seems that he still trains the old fashion way (bodybuiding) and doesn't know much about postural deviations, core stabilization, and functional training. Don't waste your money.
Ohh, thanks Cburylax. Yea i dont think i'll buy that video. DO u know of anyother good ones for lacrosse training?

almost at any lax website..... www.lacrosseunlimited.com has it
In response to Cburylax - Jim Beardmore, whose training tape you refer to, was an All American at Maryland and his father was a legendary coach at that school and is widely considered an innovator in coaching the game of lacrosse. Jim is a personal trainer for several professional athletes during their off seasons. I think it's pretty clear that his tape is offered to a younger age group with some of the more basic training techniques in mind. You must be a heck of a lacrosse player and professional trainer yourself to refer to Jim Beardmore as a "meathead".

Try NSCA CSCS. Being a good lacrosse player has nothing to do with knowing how train for lacrosse. All those kids in that video had severly protracted scapula, pronated feet, and anterior pelvic tilts. Bad news my friend.
BS in Ed. Best I can throw back. Counting your capital letters, I just lost 8 - 4.

Perhaps "meathead" was a little harsh....I take it back. Times are changing as I'm sure you know and programs based on bodybuilding exercises and machines are a thing of the past. Postural assessments, core stabilization, flexibility, strength, and power exercises must all be included in a sound program, and must address all three planes of motion (ie. a transverse box step to one leg with a curl and press).
Maybe someone will come out with a program that explains all these details......maybe it will be me......
Oh ya.....I also got the NASM CPT. CSCS has a little more pull though.

I heard millons offensive wizardy video is GREAT.
15 - 4, you're killing me Cbury. You make that tape and I'll buy it. To Lax101,
I love the Millon tape, but I've been wrong before, so don't go by me.
