xbox live

i cant seem to sign into xbox live, since about 5:30 or so(eastern time) anyone else having this problem right now? Did i miss an announcement that it was going to be unavailable for a few hours? I bought a year in like January... maybe February at the latest so i know my year isn't up yet. any help is greatly appreciated.

nope, i just got done playing. check and make sure all your cords are plugged in, try another plug on your router if thats what you use or check your wireless adapter, did you test your connection on your xbox?

hey Its not much help but I can get on try contacting microsoft but somthing like this happened to me once I was unable to log on for a day but it cleared up a day later. P.s what games do you play?

i tested my connection and everything is good until it gets to the xbl thing, it comes up failed. which is odd. right now, im palying the godfather since i have no live. im usually playing rainbow six, i was supposed to be playing with my clan tonight but ill have to call someone and let them know i probably wont be on.

well i still cant log into XBL... so ill wait until tomorrow morning before i change anything in the house. apparently verizon was working on some wires on my block earlier today, that might account for some of my problem. i can sign on through xbox.com, so mods you can close this thread i guess... not much i can do but wait now.
