Well a basic thing is, the stick is a lever, depending on where you place your hands will decide how fast you throw the ball if you know what I mean. For instance if you spread your hands all the way apart or put them all the way together it would be very hard to shoot fats, where if you spread your top hand to hte middle will give you the best. Blah blah blah.

The debate, which is faster overhand or underhand. it will do with physics man. Or you can do something with metallurgy because of the differnet matrieals shafts are made out of.

I wouldn't suggest doing lacrosse man. Just as you don't have any book materials. Trust unless you're doing an informative speech, its hard as hell

I actually read a report online where a kid did experiments on short vs long stick throwing power...

Yea thats the physics aspect. So again you'd have to find all of the formulas to use, plus if this kid is like in the 8th grade, or even in HS how in the hell is he going to know like... AP physics? You're going to have to talk to someone who knows physics and pretty well

i'm in 9th grade and in ap earth and space sci

Tony

and i had physics already and know the different formulas

not to brag or seem full of myself i came 2nd in my h/s ranking and yea i took "true" physics

theres no possible way to go through ap classes unless you skip grades. your school is either messed up, or you are lying.

nationwide its about the same for each grade
9th=bio/earth sci
10=bio-chem
11=chem-physics
12-any science

i dont think there are ANY AP classes for middle school kids. if there are in your school, you must go to a really crappy school and you just happen to be above average for them.

yea my school is messed up but i'm two grades ahead of the rest of my grade.. me and two other people are.. only in sci and math but the rest i suck at so i'm in the ninth grade courses

here in NY i have friends that were Jr.'s takin AP physics and chem... if u start regents earth sci in 8th then in 9th u would have bio then 10 u would have chem or phys 11 chem or phys. or an AP, and 12... well u get the idea

im from ny. so i know the state classes and regents stuff. there are ap courses every year. but not AP physics for freshman, and Ap earth sci. AP sciences are for juniors and higher

if i were u i would test different string jobs and how u have ur shooting strings and find which one is the best for accuracy and speed\

and you soooo copied off of my science fair idea lol

I really have no idea why any one would offer a AP earth Science course... Really I have never heard of any college offering Earth Science,....Bio, Chem, Physics, Optics and Astronomy thats another story, but never Earth Science....If it was offered believe me i would be taking it to fufil my lab science requirement

you had physical science dude not ap physics. believe me ap physics is much much harder than physical science. physical science is for retards in HS or advanced people in middle school. AP physics is hard as hell.

me and cvlax are in honors biology, its pretty easy, but the lab reports are annoying

Oh and for the record there is no AP earth science. I have been taking AP courses all through highschool and they have never offered an AP earth science on any test signup or at my school. My school currently offers every AP class to date and AP earth science is not one. so full of bs

Check out the traning/nutrituion forum...it might have health that can relate to science...if you wanted to talk about how the stay fit, or things that are common sturr you can get...and how to control it. BUt it is just a suggestion...:concerned
